The villa is a special example of earlier “Baroque” in Lombardy, is characterized by simple decor, elegant lines and imposing volumes well balanced in the grandiose interior rooms.
It overlooks a little square in front with a large arcade based on twin columns. An imposing walnut portal leads to the halls of the ground floor.
On the right side of the arcade, climbing the grand staircase in pink granite of Baveno you reach the halls upstairs breathing the atmosphere of that time and being able to appreciate the balance and the suggestive perspectives designed by architect Richini.
In many rooms are kept coffered ceilings beautifully decorated, decorative fascias and refined frescoes attributed to “ the Nuvolone”, inspired by the arts and entertainment of the era.
In the italian garden in the back is set a large monumental fountain.
